THE LATEST CUSTOMER SURVEY FROM THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ASSOCIATION HAS RATED US AT 100%.
Not that we like to blow our own trumpet of course, but the latest figures up until 30/06/2016 are now in from the CPA and they are looking pretty good. (Well a bit more than pretty good, as it happens).
The CPA believes it is vital to evaluate both the professionalism and the quality of every member’s work and the most effective means of establishing this is to ask the customers what they thought. The pie-chart displays the scores that customers awarded us in respect of our overall performance. In addition, customers are also asked to appraise us on specific issues and the analysis of this is shown in the bar chart.
Q: Who are the Consumer Protection Association?
A: The Consumer Protection Association is a national organisation that has been helping consumers and installers for over twenty years and is recognised as the number one resource for connecting accredited home improvement installers with consumers. The CPA offers a range of products to ensure that consumers who enter into a contract to have work undertaken on their property are insured against unforeseeable circumstances such as tradesmen going into liquidation or administration. The CPA offer a deposit protection service, an Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) and financial services, to ensure that the consumer is protected throughout, and after, the build or installation process.
All customers who enter into a contract with us to install new windows, doors or a conservatory are automatically entered into our deposit protection scheme with the CPA. Once your installation is complete, customers can then download their insurance policy documents for their 10-year Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG). However, before downloading your documents, the CPA will ask you a few questions about us and the quality of the service you have received from us.
As a member of the CPA, we can demonstrate to consumers that we are trusted installers that take pride in a job well done. The CPA will only deal with proven and accredited installers and they fully vet them for professional competence and integrity, throughout the life of their membership.
